    Last Updated: December 2024

Thank you for choosing to enroll in our Job-Assured Training & Placement Program. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

    1. General Refund Policy

All program fees paid toward the Job-Assured Program are non-refundable, except in the specific scenario outlined in Section 2.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Registration fee
    • Training fee
    • Documentation or processing fee
    • Payments made through loan or self-funding

This policy applies regardless of your mode of payment.

    • Successfully completed the 45-day training program conducted by Career Vista,
    • Cleared all assessments within the allotted attempts,
    • Completed New Joiner Training (NJT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT), and
    • Maintained required attendance, discipline, and compliance throughout,

    AND

    2. After fulfilling all the above conditions, you are not placed within 180 days from the date of successful training completion and OJT, AND there is no failure or non-compliance from your side.

Only in this case, Career Vista may process a refund of the Program Fee as per the Terms & Conditions.
